I will provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of plant-based initiatives we create for the client.

By leveraging my knowledge of plant-based cuisine trends, culinary techniques, ingredient sourcing, and consumer preferences, I will assist your restaurant, in creating innovative and appealing plant-based dishes that satisfy both vegans/vegetarians and omnivores alike. Additionally, I will help your restaurant differentiate themselves in the competitive food industry by capitalizing on the increasing popularity of plant-based eating and meeting the changing demands of consumers seeking healthier, sustainable, and environmentally friendly dining options.

Overall, my plant-based restaurant consultation service will play a crucial role in helping your restaurants embrace the shift towards more plant-centric menus, enhance their culinary offerings, attract a broader customer base, and ultimately thrive in an evolving food landscape that prioritizes health-conscious and eco-friendly dining choices.

Personalized Consultation For Retreat Facilitators & Chefs

Here is the consultative program for retreat facilitators/chefs:
 
Menu Building: Assisting with menu building based on your retreat’s intentions, budget, dietary restrictions, and cooking skill set. I will either audit your original menu and provide suggestions for streamlining your existing menu, or write one from scratch to fit your and your group’s needs.
 
Recipe Guide: I will provide written, easy to follow recipes in PDF format and based on the agreed upon menu for you to have on hand when cooking.
 
Shopping List: I will provide an accompanying PDF shopping list for the provided recipe guide to help you streamline your shopping trip(s). I am able to provide a general shopping list, or I am able to organize the list by stores of where to shop based on accessibility, budget, etc.
 
BONUS Equipment List: I will provide a list of equipment essentials to help you feel as prepared as possible when planning and cooking for your retreat. I have found this extremely helpful to hand off to my clients who provide it to their venue host to get confirmation of what equipment essentials are available at the venue that the chef/catering team can use. This also helps to know what equipment you’ll need to bring for cooking and works great as a pack list.
 
Your total investment in this service is $1650.00 to which you get to keep the menu, recipe guide, shopping list and equipment list for future use and reference on your retreats.
 
Here is what is what you can expect to receive with the service:
-The total turnaround time for this project is 1-3 weeks, depending upon where you are at with your final headcount numbers and final listing of dietary restrictions
-2 menu revisions
-Weekly text/email support up thru the end of your event. 
-1 initial and 1 final consultative Zoom or phone call 
 
Payment can be made in full upfront, or a 50% investment upfront and the remaining balance due before the final delivery of the project. 
 
Once you decide you are ready to move forward, I will send over the Client Agreement along with the invoice with payment link for your convenience. Initial payment is due within 2 days from the invoiced date.
