With over 18 years of experience as a fitness model, athlete, holistic health coach, and professional chef, I have cultivated a unique perspective on the intersection of food, wellness, and performance. I hold a B.S. in Health Sciences from Arizona State University and a Graduate Certificate in Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University, which enriches my ability to craft meals that support not only physical health but emotional and spiritual well-being.

As a former raw vegan chef and health educator at An Oasis of Healing Cancer Care Clinic, I guided patients through profound healing journeys, teaching the power of a living foods lifestyle.
